Why should i hang my TV?
​
When you hang your TV, it will give you a home theater style experience for a fraction of the cost! It is space saving plus give you optimum TV viewing. And importantly, the TV is safe from young children and the elderly and a hindrance for thieves.

Can you hang my TV on solid brick walls?
​
Yes we can. We may not be able to hide cables within the wall, but will be able to provide you with an alternate solution. Prices may vary.

How long will it take to hang my TV?
​
It will take approximately two hours to hang your TV. If you require additional services, it may increase time. Please ensure that the area is cleared before our technicians arrive for the installation, otherwise it will add unnecessary time to the service.

Which areas Do you service?
​
At the moment, we currently service all areas of South Alabama, Lower Mississippi, and The Florida Panhandle . We will soon be expanding into other areas.

Will I be able to turn my TV to face another direction?
​
We have pivot mounts available at an additional cost that enable you to do this.
​
WILL you be able to see the TV cables?
​
We will do our best to conceal cables if you require.
​
What size TVs do you hang?
​
We can hang any size TVs. Please advise us of the size and type of your TV at the time of booking. There is an additional cost for TVs 60" and larger as it requires two people to mount the TV. Also, there is an additional charge for Plasma TVs, as they also require two people to mount the TV due to their weight.

Can you tune my TV as well?
​
Yes - this is included in the price.
​
Can you hook up DVD, Game consoles, Roku, Cable, Satellite or Apple TV to my TV as well?
​
Yes we can. If extra-length cables are required, it will incur an additional cost.

Can I purchase a new TV through Hang My TV?
​
Yes you can! You can call us to discuss this.
​
Can you provide power points if required?
​
We can arrange this for you with qualified electricians at an additional cost. This should be arranged and completed before your TV installation. Please contact us to discuss this further.

Can you hang a TV over my fireplace?
This may be possible, but may require a site inspection beforehand (this will incur an additional charge). Please advise this at time of booking.
Please also be aware that it may void your TV warranty (due to heat) and the cables may be visible.

Do you clean up after?
​
Of course! And at an additional cost we can take all boxes too. We can also take away your old TV if you require and get it recycled (at an additional cost).

Can you show me how it works after you install and program everything?
​
Absolutely! Our friendly staff will show you how everything works after installation.
​
Will you hang tvs in my office or workplace?
​
Yes we can - there may be additional costs if heights exceed more than 6 ft.
​
I'm moving house. Can you transport my TV from my old house to my new house?
​
We are happy to take down the TV from your old house and hang it in your new house, but we will not be able to transport it for you.
​
If i have a smart tv, can you hook it up to the network?
​
Yes - please have your username and password for your wireless network ready for our installers.
can i use my own wall bracket to hang the tv?
A standard bracket is included in our installation price. Pivot brackets or brackets for TVs 60" and larger are an additional cost. We may not be able to guarantee our work if we use a bracket that you have supplied, as we don't know where it has been purchased or its quality.

I work during the week. Are you able to hang my TV on the weekend?
​
Yes, we are able to hang your TV on Saturdays.
Can i pay by credit card?
​
Yes, we have credit card facilities available for payments.
